The Vision
Led by Laura Seymour Violin, founder of The Styled Shoot Series, this shoot was designed to showcase the harmony between classical artistry and contemporary style. The concept blended soft, romantic tones with luxury textures and editorial-inspired design — a perfect reflection of the modern couple who dreams of a fairytale Somerset wedding.
The Venue
Few venues rival the charm of St Audries Park, with its grand staircase, shimmering chandeliers, and the stunning light-filled Orangery. From intimate ceremony moments to sweeping outdoor scenes, every corner of the estate provided cinematic inspiration.
Rich from Sundial Studios, a creative Devon and Somerset wedding videographer, captured the natural light, emotion, and movement of the day with his signature cinematic flair — showcasing exactly why St Audries Park remains a favourite among South West wedding filmmakers and photographers.
The Styling
The styling drew inspiration from English garden romance. A soft palette of blush, ivory, and sage green was paired with delicate gold accents, creating a sense of understated opulence.
Lottie from @lottiesvioletpetalflorals designed breathtaking arrangements of garden roses and seasonal blooms, while @legends_in_ink provided hand-illustrated stationery and signage, adding personal artistry to the décor.
The Bridal Look
The bridal gowns from Somerset Bridal offered flowing silhouettes and intricate lace detailing, perfectly complemented by Deane’s of Cheddar suits for a timelessly elegant look.
The beauty team — Nancy from @unveiledglam, Ellie @elliehoccomhairstylist, and Jane @eyedomakeup_janedare68 — created natural, glowing looks that highlighted each model’s features and reflected the shoot’s soft, romantic energy.
The Sounds of Romance
Music played a central role in this styled shoot, with live performances by Laura Seymour Violin, Emma Ram, Lucy Harvey Sax, and Jennifer Cleland Violin. Their artistry filled St Audries Park with soulful melodies that enhanced the emotional atmosphere beautifully — all expertly recorded and brought to life through Rich’s cinematic lens.
Sweet Details & Finishing Touches
A luxurious wedding cake by Hannah at The Gorge Bakehouse, afternoon tea treats by Lydia @lydiakraitmancakes, and vintage crockery from Lynsey @thelittlevintageteaspoon added charm and indulgence to the celebration.
Every element was carefully chosen to complement St Audries Park’s grandeur while maintaining a sense of intimacy and warmth — a perfect balance between heritage and modern romance.
